Payment Instructions

General instructions for international payments to banks in ANTIGUA AND BARBUDA:

• Ensure to obtain all required bank information from the Beneficiary, such as SWIFT BIC, account number, and beneficiary bank address.
• Check additional details on the Central Bank website: www.eccb-centralbank.org.
• Ordering Customer (SWIFT MT103 F50): Include account number, full name (no initials), and address of the ordering customer. Using initials can cause delays.
• Beneficiary Bank (SWIFT MT103 F57): Include SWIFT BIC with branch identifier (if required), full name, and address of the beneficiary bank. Ensure SWIFT BIC is 8 or 11 alphanumeric characters (e.g., xxxxAGxx or xxxxAGxxxxx).
• Don't use BIC NOSCAGAGXXX as it's no longer operational.
• Beneficiary Customer (SWIFT MT103 F59): Include account number, full name (no initials) and address of the beneficiary. Initials may cause delays.
• Reason for Payment (SWIFT MT103 F70): It's recommended to state the purpose of the payment.
• Note: Payments from MSBs or PSPs are not supported.

Correspondent Banks

Standard Settlement Instructions (SSI) contain the list of correspondent banks of TRIUM BANK AND TRUST LTD. for each currency.
